Below are a few notes for the big day: National Smart Home will be live streaming from Rayva’s showroom in Valhalla, New York. You may join us live at Rayva, send us a pre-recorded video, stream in live, or a combination. 1. Please give us a 1-2 hour window that works for you. We’ll be releasing schedules end of business October 29, and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. This will allow you to advertise your exact time spot for the remainder of the week. If you need an exact time let us know as soon as possible. 2. You’ll have 15-20 minutes of the live stream to share your story, and engage with viewers. The subject of the video, and live conversation is largely up to you, but we encourage you to share your personal / brand story and connect with Home Owner. Live demos, physical products, and other visuals are encouraged. 3. While Streaming from your experience center / headquarters, we ask that you use a camera or smart phone on a tripod. It’s also best to sit in a location where you have some natural light. We’ll send a follow up email shortly with notes on setup for the Live Stream. 4. If you have a 1-2 minute promo video please forward that, we may use it some time during the day. This video will also be used on the NationalSmartHome.org website. 5. If you would like to collaborate with another manufacturer at the beginning or end of your time spot, please let us know.
