This property experienced heavy afternoon sun, multiple seating zones, and a large pool area that required careful audio design to provide even coverage without excessive volume differences between spaces.
Wi-Fi performance was inconsistent near the terrace and patio kitchen, limiting streaming reliability and control responsiveness.
The homeowners also wanted shade, comfort, privacy, and bug protection without making the covered patio feel enclosed or visually heavy.
One of the most important installation challenges involved mounting a 75" full-sun Samsung outdoor television on an exposed brick façade while concealing wiring and preserving the finished architectural appearance of the home.

Landscape Lighting & Control Scenes
One of the biggest transformations happens after sunset. Lutron lighting control was used to create landscape ligting scenes for game days, dinner, pool parties, evening use, and all-off control. Lighting was designed to create warmth, depth, and comfort throughout the backyard without overpowering the architecture or ambiance.
