Integrated ArchiTech is a luxury automation and audio/video firm based in the Cashiers area of Western North Carolina. Founder John Youmans brings 9+ years of high-end residential automation experience from New York and South Florida to mountain retreats and lakefront estates from Highlands and Lake Toxaway to Greenville and Spartanburg. As certified Crestron, Lutron and Savant partners and an active CEDIA member, the team works alongside homeowners, builders, architects and interior designers so lighting, shades, music, networking and control feel like part of the house, not something added to it.

Life With Integrated ArchiTech
You pull in after the drive up the mountain and the house is already ready. The entry lights glow, the shades have opened to the lake, and the music you left on last weekend picks up softly in the great room. Nothing on the walls looks like technology. It just feels like the house knows you are home.
That is the point of every Integrated ArchiTech project: the architecture stays the star, and the technology quietly takes care of the rest.
A Project We're Proud Of
The Challenge
A representative Integrated ArchiTech project: a timber-and-stone mountain home above a lake near Cashiers, used mostly on weekends and holidays. The owners wanted big views without glare, music on the deck and dock, and confidence that the house was safe and comfortable while they were hours away.
The Solution
Crestron control ties together Lutron lighting and motorized shades, whole-home audio, outdoor TV and speakers, and an enterprise-grade network that reaches the boathouse. Keypads are kept to a minimum and finished to match the woodwork, and the house can be checked, warmed and lit remotely before the drive up the mountain.
The Result
Arrival feels effortless: lights on, shades open to the lake, the great room warm and music waiting. While the family is away the home watches itself, and the technology never competes with the architecture.
How It Works
We Listen: Every project begins with the property, the views and the way your family uses the home before any equipment is chosen.
We Design: Systems are planned with your builder, architect and designer so wiring, keypads and speakers disappear into the finishes.
We Support: After installation the team stays close, refining scenes and supporting the system whether you are in residence or away.
